Find the gaps in your staff files in two minutes
Paste your staff tracker, or load the demo. The page lists missing DBS dates, expired training, Care Certificate records that need a 16-standard review, and missing Oliver McGowan records.
Your data stays on this screen. Nothing is uploaded, sent or saved. Close the tab and it is gone.
1. Add your tracker
Column headings it understands
Name, Role, Start date, DBS date, Right to work (Y/N), References (number), Care Certificate date, Care Certificate standards (15 or 16), OM tier (1, 2 or a note), Training expiry (earliest date), Last supervision, Last appraisal. Dates: 31/12/2026 or 2026-12-31. Missing columns are skipped, not guessed. One row per staff member: if your tracker keeps a row per course, summarise each person to their earliest training expiry first.
2. Your own rules
These defaults are prompts, not law. Set them to your written policy.
3. What needs attention

Red flags? We fix them live.
90-minute Zoom call. We work through your staff file on your screen — nothing is uploaded, sent or saved. DBS applications started, training bookings drafted, supervision schedule built: done with you in one session, not handed back as a to-do list.
All clear. Stay that way with a quarterly re-check.
£249 one-off. Includes a dated, printable remediation log for your audit trail, plus a free re-check after 14 days.
No tracker yet? The checker gives you the template free — fill it in, then book. Your data never leaves your machine at any point, in the tool or on the call.
Red means a required record is missing, right to work is not evidenced, or mandatory training has expired. Amber means a manager should look: entries that may be mistyped, dates out of line with your rules, or records to confirm. Oliver McGowan training is legally required for CQC-registered providers under the Health and Care Act 2022. This is a prompt for manager review against your own policy. It is not a CQC rating, a compliance certificate or legal advice. Care Certificate prompts apply to staff new to care; confirm who needs it for each role. Rules reflect the March 2025 Care Certificate update (16 standards) and the September 2025 Oliver McGowan Code of Practice; page reviewed October 2026. Built by Irvora Compliance · irvora.co.uk
